PRIVACY POLICY

Alpha One Marketers, LLC

Effective Date: May 2026

§ 01 · About This Policy

Alpha One Marketers, LLC (operating as ALPHA/ONE) is a marketing and creative agency organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when a Client or visitor interacts with the agency’s website at https://alphaonemarketers.com (the “Site”).

The Site is a corporate presence: it describes the agency’s services, team, and approach, and provides a contact form through which prospective Clients and other visitors can reach the agency. This Policy covers data collected through the Site. It does not govern the separate engagement agreements the agency enters into with contracted Clients, which are handled under their own terms.

This Policy is a companion to the Terms of Service. Defined terms — “Client,” “Site,” “Agency Parties” — carry the same meaning in both. The Terms of Service govern any conflict.

Using the Site or submitting the contact form indicates acceptance of the practices described here. Anyone who disagrees should refrain from using the Site.

§ 02 · Who Controls Your Data

The data controller for personal data collected through the Site is:

Alpha One Marketers, LLC

254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208

Newark, Delaware 19702

Email: [email protected]

Website: https://alphaonemarketers.com

Privacy questions and data rights requests should be directed to [email protected].

§ 03 · Age of Users

The Site is directed to business professionals and is intended for adults. The agency does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen (16), and — consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506 — takes particular care not to collect data from children under thirteen (13). Any such data discovered will be deleted promptly. Report a concern to [email protected].

§ 04 · What We Collect

— Contact form submissions. When a Client completes the contact form, they voluntarily provide their name, email address, the nature of their inquiry, and any details they choose to include in their message. The form may also record a non-binding indication of interest in receiving occasional communications from the agency.

— Automatic technical data. Like most websites, the Site logs technical data on each visit: IP address and approximate region, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages viewed, time of visit, and referring URL. This data supports Site operation and security.

— Cookies and analytics. The Site is built on WordPress and uses cookies and analytics tools. Their function and the controls available to you are described in Section 07.

— What we do not collect. The Site does not collect payment details, government identifiers, or special-category personal data. If such information appears in a message you send, it is used only to address your inquiry and is not retained beyond that purpose.

§ 05 · Why We Use Your Data

— Responding to inquiries. Contact-form data is used to read your message, evaluate a potential engagement, and reply. Where a business relationship develops, that information supports the resulting conversation and proposal process.

— Operating and improving the Site. Technical and analytics data helps the agency maintain Site performance, diagnose problems, understand traffic patterns, and improve content. The agency reviews aggregate trends, not individual browsing histories.

— Occasional agency updates. Where you indicate interest, the agency may send occasional updates about its work. Any such message includes a one-click way to stop receiving further updates. You can withdraw this interest at any time by writing to [email protected].

— Legal and security purposes. Data may be processed to protect the Site, enforce the agency’s agreements, and comply with applicable law.

— Legal grounds (EEA/UK/Switzerland). For visitors in those regions, the agency relies on: legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, operating and securing the Site, improving content, where proportionate); steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement; consent for any optional updates; and legal obligation where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests — see Section 10.

§ 06 · How We Share Data

The agency does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is shared only as set out below:

— Service providers. Hosting, email, analytics, and form-processing vendors that operate the Site may process limited data on the agency’s behalf, under written terms restricting their use of it.

— Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, and similar advisers may access data in the course of advising the agency, under professional confidentiality duties.

— Legal and regulatory authorities. Data is disclosed where required by law, valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety.

— Business transfers. If Alpha One Marketers, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, data may form part of the transaction; affected individuals will be notified if such a transfer materially changes how their data is handled.

§ 07 · Cookies and Analytics

— Essential cookies. Required for the Site to function — session handling and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the Site works.

— Analytics cookies. Used to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate — which pages attract attention and how visitors navigate. These do not identify you personally. Where required by applicable law, the agency obtains consent before placing non-essential cookies.

— Managing preferences. Cookies can be managed or deleted through your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies does not prevent you from reading the Site or using the contact form.

— Do Not Track. No common standard exists for browser Do Not Track signals; the Site does not currently respond to them.

§ 08 · Data Retention

— Inquiry data. Contact details and messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for records and dispute purposes.

— Technical and analytics data. Retained for a limited period — typically up to thirteen (13) months — before deletion or anonymisation.

— Legal hold. Data relevant to a legal matter is retained for as long as that matter requires.

§ 09 · Security

The agency applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls limiting data to authorised personnel, and periodic reviews. No internet-connected system is completely secure; where a breach triggers mandatory notification under applicable law, affected individuals and authorities will be notified within the required timeframe.

§ 10 · Your Privacy Rights

— California residents — CCPA / CPRA. California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The agency collects limited data through the Site — primarily contact-form submissions and analytics identifiers — and does not sell personal data. Submit requests to [email protected] with subject line “California Privacy Rights”; the agency responds within forty-five (45) calendar days.

— Nevada residents. Nevada residents may direct the agency not to sell covered information under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A by writing to [email protected]. The agency does not sell personal data.

— Other U.S. states. Residents of Delaware, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port their data. Submit requests to [email protected].

— EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss law applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected]; the agency responds within one calendar month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

— Canada. To the extent PIPEDA or provincial law applies, Canadian visitors may access, correct, and withdraw consent over their data. Write to [email protected].

§ 11 · International Transfers

ALPHA/ONE operates from the United States. Visitors from outside the United States should be aware that accessing the Site results in personal data being transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection standards may differ from those in your home country. Where an international framework independently requires specific safeguards for such transfers, the agency will implement appropriate mechanisms.

§ 12 · Additional Notes

— Third-party links. The Site may link to external websites. ALPHA/ONE is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

— Scope. Alpha One Marketers, LLC operates under U.S. law. References to non-U.S. frameworks apply only where those frameworks independently govern the agency’s activities.

— Accessibility. The agency aims to keep this Policy and the Site accessible, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Contact [email protected] to report barriers.

— Updates. This Policy may be revised; the current version is always posted at https://alphaonemarketers.com with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after a revision indicates acceptance.
